Dennis Mulbah

Dennis Varney Mulbah is a professional bodybuilder who was born on July 22, 1985 in Liberia. He started his bodybuilding and personal training career over 10 years ago. Dennis started out as a heavy weight lifter and focused in the areas of weight lifting, powerlifting, posing routine, body flex, faction modeling, and bench presses. He formed part of the team of Liberians that represented the Liberia Weight Lifting and Body Building Federation at the international scene. He previously served as a Fitness Instructor at the United Nation Mission in Liberia (UNMIL) headquarters at the Free Zone in Monrovia. Dennis currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia.

On top of being one of the most prominent athletes in Liberia, Dennis is also a humanitarian and philanthropist. He created the "Dennis Mulbah Children Foundation", which provides much-needed assistance for the under-privileged children of his West African country. The bloody 14-year civil war of Liberia left Dennis without a father, so growing up he had little resources. His goal is to work with disadvantaged children, children with disabilities, rural poverty affected children by advocating for their rights to basic opportunities and education.

Vince Urbank is an ASC Professional Heavyweight Strongman, Elite 308 raw powerlifter, and current all-time American record holder in the deadlift for the 308lb/40kg weight class. Vincent is a Marine Corps veteran and has been competing since June of 2008.
